Sunset after the Storm

In this painting I captured the different colors of the sky after a raging storm as the sunset lights up the clouds. The orange yellow red glimmers on the wet valley mixing into a rainbow on the ground.

The movement is amazing as your eye drifts across the painting. Notice the simple beauty you would have in your tranquil home.

Farm Pond

A sunny day by the pond as the ducks play as a soft make ripples through the reflections. In the distance a group of cows lay in the shade away from the sun. The cattails dance and watch clouds dance too.

It is a very traditional 19th century work in tone and style.

In my work I love the classic and the impressionist of the late 19th century. Exploring texture of brushwork, tone of color and subject matter.

As an artist matures he or she steps away from the sharpness of line and works to bring a feeling and mood than an exact cope of what he or she is looking at for the subject.

I've been painting for over 40 years. Moving toward creativity and perfection in my paintings. Giving you a museum work and making you a part of the artist story though out history.

Please remember that the painting may vary from tone and color of your computer screen.
