Vargas was one of the greatest pinup artist from the 20s through the 70s. He painted in watercolor but I did this in oils. She was done from a small black and white photo. This is one of the girls he did not finish and was incomplete from before the 50s. I thought it would be great to finish it for him. It would be great over a bar. It is 1 .5 in thick and would not need a frame. Oil on canvas, no frame
